The letters do not have bails, they simply slide along the chain. The letters are dainty/small/tiny in size, as they are only 5mm.

The heart does have a bail. The heart is dainty/small/tiny in size as it is only 5mm.  There is a tiny Cubic Zirconia stone set in the middle of it.

The chains are sterling silver and the options are:

14 inch fine trace chain
16 inch fine curb chain
18 inch fine curb chain

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: These 925 sterling silver items have not been Rhodium plated and therefore will need to be regularly polished to retain the shiny lustre as tarnishing will naturally occur and cannot be avoided.

By the very nature of sterling silver, there is no way to protect it from tarnishing because sterling silver reacts with so many materials found in everyday life. The best way to reduce tarnish build-up is to actually wear your sterling silver jewellery often. When sterling silver is not worn it tarnishes quickly. Unavoidable I'm afraid, but perfectly normal and nothing to be concerned by, and it can easily be removed with a silver polishing cloth or polishing cream.
