- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am very sorry to hear that. Simply return the item to me in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt. Please advise me of your intention to return it. Please send your return to:
- Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery.
- The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods / obtain a proof of posting.
- Upon safe receipt of your item, a refund will be issued, and I will notify you of the same. Please be aware that funds can take up to 7 days to be received in your account.
- Refunds will be processed according to the method of payment originally used for your order.
