Sodalite is said to help change the way you feel about yourself. It is believed to have subtle, soothing energies to help you to see the wisdom of adopting a simpler, less hectic lifestyle.

By the very nature of sterling silver, there is no way to protect it from tarnishing because sterling silver reacts with so many materials found in everyday life. The best way to reduce tarnish build-up is to actually wear your sterling silver jewellery often. When sterling silver is not worn it tarnishes quickly. Unavoidable I'm afraid, but perfectly normal and nothing to be concerned by, and it can easily be removed with a silver polishing cloth or polishing cream.
